Community Outreach & Service

Serving Our Community

Saint Mark EAST Campus is deeply committed to serving our community through various outreach initiatives. We believe in putting faith into action by meeting the practical needs of families and individuals in our Orlando area.

Back-to-School Programs

  • Annual back-to-school supply drives providing backpacks and school supplies to local students
  • Partnerships with local schools and community organizations
  • Goal of serving 200+ students annually with comprehensive school supply packages

Holiday Community Support

Thanksgiving Programs

  • Thanksgiving Basket Program: Providing complete Thanksgiving meal packages to families in need, including items like pancake mix, syrup, mac & cheese, and traditional holiday foods
  • Community Thanksgiving Dinner: Serving the community from 5:00-7:30 PM with volunteers providing full meals including ham, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and salad

Christmas Outreach

  • Christmas outreach programs for families during the holiday season
  • Gift programs for children and families in need

Foster Care & Family Support

  • Partnership with Family Partnerships of Central Florida for adoption and foster care support
  • Providing practical items like kitchen sets for young adults transitioning to independence
  • Support programs for families in various life transitions

Community Partnerships

We actively collaborate with local organizations including:

  • B.E.T.A./UCP of Central Florida: Supporting young mothers through educational programs and providing essential items for mothers and children
  • Great Oaks Village: Mentorship programs for at-risk youth
  • Coalition for the Homeless: Clothing drives and support services
  • Englewood Community Center: Hosting community events and programs

Get Involved

Volunteer Opportunities

  • Sunday Service Support: Help with setup, teardown, and facility management
  • Outreach Programs: Participate in back-to-school drives, holiday meal programs, and community service projects
  • Community Events: Assist with clothing drives, fundraising activities, and special community partnerships

Regular Meetings

  • Outreach Committee Meetings: First Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM via Zoom
  • Community Service Planning: Seasonal programs throughout the year
